Join Emma and Grace Lightlooper for a two hour sounding workshop.
We’ll walk you through the steps to reconnect with your body and the sounds within. How to begin bringing them out and using them in creative expression within community.
Within the two hour sounding workshop we’ll run through becoming present, getting into your body and listening to what’s there. Creating sound. Forming sound with others. Creative harmonies and yes there will be some singing where everyone has a role.
It’s calming, exhilarating, freeing and full of so much joy.
Creating in community is pure magic.
